RSI - Symptoms
RSI/Upper Limb Disorders are conditions that can affect the neck, shoulders, arms, elbows, wrists, fingers and hands causing pain, stress and injury.
ULD Symptoms
- Upper Limb Disorder is the discomfort, impairment, disability or persistent pain in the human body's joints, muscles, tendons etc.
- For DSE users, ULD often occurs in the soft tissue of the hands, arms, shoulders and neck
RSI Symptoms
- RSI is the discomfort, stiffness, soreness or burning in the hands, wrists, fingers, forearms or elbows
- Tingling, coldness, or numbness in the hands
- Lack of co-ordination or loss of strength in the hands
- Feeling a need to massage your hands, wrists and arms
