- Maintain proper posture
- Chair and keyboard should be set so that the thighs and forearms are level
or sloping slightly downwards away from the body
- Take regular breaks from the workstation (about once every hour)
- Support wrists at a neutral level horizontal to the ground
- Avoid direct pressure on the wrist
- Wrists should be straight and level and not bent at the side
- Use a light touch when striking the keyboard
- Hold the mouse lightly - do not grip it hard or squeeze it
