Food Safety in Catering
We can offer you two Food Safety In Catering Courses on a half day or a full day basis.
These are always delivered by highly experienced trainers with many years of experience in the catering industry. Thier track records allow them to go 'off script' to add value to the training session.
- The Level 1 award is usually a three hour course and covers the basic essentials for those involved in basic food preparation, food handling and serving.

- Our Level 2 in Food Safety in Catering is a full day course.
- This is a six hour course for those mainly working in the catering trade and includes the receipt, storage, preparation, cooking/cooling/reheating of food, catering services, cleaning/disinfection and involved in carrying out a Food Safety Management System (HACCP).
