Worksafe UK has offices in London, and our network of Risk Assessors and Trainers covers the entire UK. We can cater for any size organisation, from small privately owned companies through to large PLCs and the public sector. Our Risk Assessors, Trainers and Consultants are experts in their respective fields and our risk assessment procedures and courses are second to none.
Our lead trainer, Tony Wright Bsc TechIOSH, brings extensive experience and expertise to our health and safety training programmes. Tony is supported by a team of trainers who are specialists in their own fields, each bringing practical knowledge, professional experience and a strong understanding of the subjects they deliver. Together, our trainers provide engaging, practical courses designed to ensure delegates gain a clear and wide-ranging understanding of the health and safety topics relevant to their roles and workplaces.
Meet Paula, Our Expert Founder
With over 20 years at the helm of Worksafe UK, Paula Coster is dedicated to making workplaces safer, healthier and more productive. Paula’s approach is rooted in deep expertise. She holds an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction from London Guildhall University, alongside a qualified background in education. As an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF), she ensures that our solutions are as practical as they are compliant.
Beyond her own consultancy work, Paula has carefully assembled an expert team of specialist instructors, including our NEBOSH qualified lead instructors. She personally ensures that every course offered by Worksafe UK is led by a qualified and highly experienced individual, guaranteeing that our clients receive consistent, top-tier training every time. Together, we deliver the honest, straightforward and actionable expertise that defines Worksafe UK.
