About This Course

This information-packed and interactive Mental Health Awareness Course is aimed at staff at all levels and provides and excellent grounding in mental health awareness.

Delegates will explore the impact of mental health at work and learn to recognise signs and symptoms of someone who is experiencing mental health issues.

Our  course explains the moral, financial and legal reasons to look after mental health. So, on completion, delegates are well-equiped to take proactive steps in promoting positive mental health in their place of work.
