This course will allow you to act as a qualified First Aider in your place of work. On completion, you will be able to understand UK legislation and the role of the first-aider, carry out an assessment of the situation, administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation and use an AED, administer first aid to a casualty with other life-threatening conditions or injuries, provide appropriate first aid for minor injuries, and keep records and follow reporting protocol.
